Customers receive a personal invitation after an eligible completed service and result download. Use the link in that email to open the review form. If you cannot find your invitation, contact our team.
Will my review be published automatically?
No. Your feedback reaches our team first. Leave the public-sharing checkbox unchecked to keep it private. If you opt in, your review can be published anonymously after Super Admin approval.
Can I leave critical or private feedback?
Yes. Every rating is welcome. Leave the public-sharing checkbox unchecked to share feedback only with our team. Reviews are moderated for authenticity, privacy and relevance.
Can I withdraw my review?
