Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to request deletion of your EstateAI account and associated information.

1. Requesting Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your EstateAI account and associated personal information at any time.
Send an email from the email address associated with your EstateAI account to:

2. Information to Include
Please include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your EstateAI account
- A clear statement requesting account and data deletion
- Any relevant account, billing, or support details that help us identify the account
Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or other sensitive authentication information.
3. Identity Verification
To protect your account, we may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
Verification may include:
- Confirming access to the account email address
- Confirming recent account activity
- Confirming limited billing or subscription information
- Requesting other reasonable proof of account ownership
4. What We Delete
Subject to applicable law and necessary retention exceptions, account deletion may include removal of:
- Your EstateAI profile
- Authentication associations
- Uploaded property images
- Generated and edited outputs
- Property and project records
- AI-job history
- Saved preferences
- Share links
- Stored contact and profile information
5. Information That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:
- Legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations
- Payment and transaction records
- Fraud prevention and security investigations
- Dispute resolution
- Enforcement of agreements
- System backups and disaster recovery
- Protection of EstateAI, its users, and third parties
Retained information will remain protected and will not be used for unrelated purposes.
6. Processing Time
We aim to acknowledge valid deletion requests within a reasonable period.
Most verified requests will be completed within 30 days, though additional time may be required because of legal obligations, complex accounts, active disputes, backups, or technical requirements.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
Account deletion does not automatically resolve outstanding balances, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or other payment obligations.
Before requesting deletion, you should cancel any active subscription through the EstateAI billing portal.
Deleting your account may permanently remove access to unused credits, stored images, generated outputs, invoices available through the platform, and other account information.
8. Download Your Content First
Account deletion is permanent.
Before submitting a request, download any images, property records, invoices, or other content you wish to keep.
9. Facebook Login Data Deletion
If you used Facebook Login to access EstateAI, you may request deletion using the email process described on this page.
You may also remove EstateAI from the connected applications section of your Facebook account. Removing the Facebook connection does not always delete your separate EstateAI account, so submit a deletion request to ensure removal of EstateAI account data.
10. Google and Apple Sign-In
Disconnecting EstateAI from Google or Apple prevents future use of that connection but may not automatically delete your EstateAI account.
Submit a deletion request through the process above to request deletion of EstateAI data.
11. Organization and Team Accounts
If your account belongs to an organization, agency, brokerage, or team, some shared property data may remain available to authorized organization members where the organization owns or controls that content.
We may contact the organization administrator before deleting shared business records.
