Free AI Preview & Example Usage Policy
Your free preview is private by default. Public example use only happens when you explicitly opt in.
How the free preview works
This policy applies to photos submitted through the public EstateAI AI demo, not normal authenticated customer projects.
Private by default
EstateAI processes the uploaded source image and generates a watermarked public preview. Unless you actively select the showcase option, EstateAI does not treat the photo as permission to publish it in public examples or marketing materials.
Optional examples-gallery permission
If you select the showcase checkbox, you confirm that you are authorised to submit the source image and grant Pixel Perfects Solutions LLC / EstateAI permission to display the source image and generated result in curated EstateAI examples, demonstrations and product marketing. Opted-in images are still reviewed before publication and are not automatically published.
Retention and claiming
Unclaimed free-demo files are scheduled for automatic deletion after the retention period shown in the demo. If you create an account and claim the result before expiry, EstateAI transfers the source and clean result into your normal account workflow and standard account storage/retention rules apply.
Sensitive content
Do not submit images you are not authorised to process or images containing information you do not want processed by an AI service. Remove documents, personal identifiers or other sensitive material before using a public preview.
Requesting removal
If an opted-in example is published and you later want it removed, contact EstateAI through the public contact page with enough information to identify the example.
