# EstateAI

> EstateAI is an AI-powered property marketing workspace by Pixel Perfects Solutions. It helps real estate photographers, agents, brokerages, and property marketing teams analyze, improve, organize, review, and deliver property media from one property-first workflow.

EstateAI is property-first rather than tool-first: users create a property, upload photos once, review room-aware AI analysis and recommendations, run selected image services, compare versions, and deliver approved media.

Important notes:

- EstateAI is a web application for preparing property marketing media; it is not a property marketplace, valuation service, or multiple listing service.
- AI-generated or edited images should be reviewed before publication and disclosed where local rules, an MLS, or a marketing channel requires it.
- Service availability, processing times, credit use, and prices can change. Use the linked service and pricing pages for current information.
- Public marketing pages are listed below. Private workspaces, customer properties, account pages, billing areas, and admin routes are intentionally excluded.
